Full Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing Compliance Manager who can hit the ground running and take charge of ensuring all our marketing activities, campaigns, and communications are fully compliant with UK gambling regulations. This is a crucial role within our growing Evoke Compliance function, and you'll be the go-to expert for all things marketing compliance across both Online and Retail.
You'll engage with a wide range of stakeholders and ensure we meet the highest standards while driving impactful marketing strategies. If you're a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of UK gambling regulations and love managing complex challenges, we want you.
What you will be doing -
· Ensuring all marketing communications and campaigns comply with regulatory requirements
· Review and advise on campaigns and materials and prepare regular reporting for stakeholders
· Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including colleagues in Data Protection Office to ensure compliance with GDPR
· Develop and coach others to raise awareness of best practice to ensure compliance with regulations relating to marketing
· Develop policies and procedures and keep up to date with regulatory change and best practice
· Set up processes to monitor compliance across marketing campaigns
· Identify and manage any risk identified in marketing activity ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date
· Work collaboratively with other functions within the business

· Have excellent knowledge of the UK gambling regulatory requirements and associated marketing requirements - LCCP/CAP code/Industry codes/ASA guidelines
· Display commercial awareness and understanding of key business priorities
· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with sound judgement to take the initiative and make actionable recommendations
· Have ability to build stakeholder relationships, self motivated, a team player and logical thinker with attention to detail
