Job Title: Marketing Consultant

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract

Location: Edinburgh, Alderley Edge or London

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We are seeking two experienced Marketing Consultants to join our Adviser Marketing team on a 6-month contract. These roles will be based in either Edinburgh, Alderley Edge, or our London office, on a 50% hybrid working model.

These roles are newly created positions to support a key strategic project and a rare opportunity to get involved in a new product launch.

The roles will support the delivery of market leading campaigns and content to support the overall Brand and Marketing strategy and delivery of our trading objectives.

You will be responsible for delivering consistently high quality, innovative and relevant communications that engage, enthuse, and inform our target audiences, ensuring audience insight is embedded in all marketing activity across the funnel.

You will participate in cross-functional campaign and project teams, working collaboratively with colleagues in Brand & Marketing and the wider business, to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of marketing activity. You will also work closely with external agencies to support creative development, media planning, campaign delivery and post campaign analysis.

These are critical roles that require motivated individuals with a good understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to deliver results.

About the role

-Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital, social media and email.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver marketing campaigns and projects that align with business objectives.
-Use data and insights to continuously test, learn and optimise marketing activity.
-Measure impact of campaigns and project objectives, reporting to relevant stakeholders across the business, using learnings to continuously improve.
-Work with internal and external agencies to deliver and measure campaigns.

About you

-Experience of supporting and delivering marketing campaigns, projects, and content, preferably in financial services.
-Good understanding of marketing communication tools and techniques including paid media.
-Good project management skills and experience of marketing planning and development.
-Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
-Knowledge of communications flow.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Degree and/or relevant marketing qualification.
