Full Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing integrated marketing campaigns for Claire's brick and mortar and off-site partners that align with the company's overall business strategy. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts across various channels, with a primary focus on in-store signage for brick and mortar along with CPG locations., Promotional Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the planning and leading the execution of promotional marketing campaigns focusing on in-store signage & promotions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure prompt and effective execution of promotional signage activities.

  • Ensure all promotional content is consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.


  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Work closely with store planning, store operations, CPG Partners and creative teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.

  • Coordinate with CPG, external agencies and vendors as needed to execute marketing activities.


  • Data Tracking and Analysis:
  • Track and analyse the performance of promotional campaigns using various analytics tools and platforms.

  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.


  • Vendor and Partner Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal and external vendors and partners to manage the production and delivery of promotional materials.

  • Ensure that all vendor activities and deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.


  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance promotional processes and workflows.
