Full Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing integrated marketing campaigns for Claire's brick and mortar and off-site partners that align with the company's overall business strategy. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts across various channels, with a primary focus on in-store signage for brick and mortar along with CPG locations., Promotional Campaign Support:
- Assist in the planning and leading the execution of promotional marketing campaigns focusing on in-store signage & promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure prompt and effective execution of promotional signage activities.
- Ensure all promotional content is consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Work closely with store planning, store operations, CPG Partners and creative teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with CPG, external agencies and vendors as needed to execute marketing activities.
- Track and analyse the performance of promotional campaigns using various analytics tools and platforms.
- Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate with internal and external vendors and partners to manage the production and delivery of promotional materials.
- Ensure that all vendor activities and deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to enhance promotional processes and workflows.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or promotional roles, with exposure to multi-channel campaigns.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including Asana
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, Dropbox
- Experience in managing promotional events and activities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
