Full Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help meet the growing demand for excellently crafted content and lead-generating digital campaigns within NousCubane, part of Nous Group. This is a full time, 6-month contract role with opportunity to extend. Working as part of a tightknit team with links into Nous Group's broader marketing function, you will be responsible for the creation and distribution of marketing content to help generate product interest and grow brand awareness for NousCubane's solutions across all our markets. Supported in your development by our Marketing & Client Development Manager you will have opportunities to apply your skills and enthusiasm across a range of top-of-funnel marketing and brand building activities. This new role is suited to a content-savvy marketer with a solid understanding of B2B sales and marketing. The role will give you a great platform on which you can help shape NousCubane's marketing function as we expand our offer into new regions and market segments. You will:

  • Draft, proof, and edit copy for various marketing channels including the website, eDMs and sales emails, printed collateral, and social media.
  • Support the ongoing content management and maintenance of NousCubane's digital channels- including creating digital content to promote products and events, and refining channels including LinkedIn and our website.
  • Deliver effective lead generation campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement. Provide campaign contact management within Salesforce, including mailing lists categorisation, and support CRM data hygiene alongside our regional coordinators.
  • Lift our game in B2B social content design to drive engagement with university leaders.
  • Prepare brand marketing and sales materials including collateral, pitch decks, website graphics and other digital assets.
  • Undertake various general marketing, communications and content, and campaign administration tasks., Belong to a small, supportive team that cares about your professional development

    2+ years' experience in B2B marketing, PR, communications, or as a content producer.
  • Detailed-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines across multiple projects and various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills, capable of communicating clearly and professionally with a range of internal and external clients - across a variety of formats.
  • An ability to work autonomously, and collaboratively as a member of a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work comfortably in Canva, Adobe CS or other related programmes.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing. Experience in Craft CMS and/or Salesforce Account Engagement highly desirable.
  • Experience working in tertiary education, EdTech, the public sector, or consultancy and in a global business highly regarded.
