Full Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our lovely Fragrance brands to work across, Issey Miyake and Narciso Rodriguez. As Marketing Coordinator, you will use your commercial and creative talent to enforce the development of the brands through the efficient implementation of the marketing strategy., Brand Marketing

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute the brands' 360 marketing plans in the UK

  • Ensure individual brand launch calendars are fully up to date and communicated to internal teams and to EMEA

  • Work with the Commercial teams to support and implement the retailers' marketing plan

  • Create a solid working relationship with the field team to ensure their needs are met and enable them to hit targets in-store, plus find new ways to help support them from Marketing

  • Responsible for the planned allocation and timely delivery of POSM to support our distribution of retail doors

  • Locally adapt the Marketing strategy presentation for retailer meetings to a high standard

  • Support with tracking of product forecasts for new launches internally to ensure timely delivery into our warehouse

  • Ownership of sample and GWP allocation across internal and retailer needs

  • Leading on the post campaign analysis and key gifting periods analysis for UK and EMEA reporting

  • Support VM planning and calendar alignment with product launches

  • Co-ordinate the ordering of and timely delivery of media assets to relevant sources to meet campaign launch timelines

  • Initiate and lead the design and delivery of all local marketing material to support product launches, events and customer activity, i.e. posters

  • Support Marketing Manager in product pricing analysis

  • Own and lead on ad hoc projects that will support the brand and commercial objectives of the fragrance portfolio


  • Administration
  • Liaising with Shiseido EMEA to request images and information to be delivered on time

  • Negotiating the quotation for the design and print of all marketing collateral

  • Managing stock levels of products for marketing use

  • Co-ordinating with Operations and courier companies to raise orders and send products, diligently keeping up to date with order status to ensure smooth delivery

  • Managing Purchase Orders and liaising with the Finance team to process payment of invoices

  • Working with the Marketing intern to create monthly analysis of competitor and market trends through reporting/data tools like Circana as well as regular store visits to capture launch animations, events and VM executions

  • Monthly presentation via email and verbally to fragrance team and wider team on Circana analysis and UK competitor trends

  • Prep for and support with retailer strategy meetings

  • Support Marketing Manager and Marketing Director with ad hoc projects

    Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

  • A strong interest in the beauty industry

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
