Marketing & Design Executive

We're looking for a Marketing & Design Executive to join our team to take the lead on our content creation and contribute to the visual and communicated identity of The Ladder Group.,

• Content creation - creating visual content for internal and external use, ranging from social media posts, slide decks, newsletters and other marketing materials to support campaigns and initiatives.
• Social media management - managing our social media presence, focusing on regular posting, driving engagement and growing our follower base.
• Content strategy - work with our Commercial Lead to develop and execute content strategies to promote the group and enhance brand visibility.
• Stakeholder collaboration - work with internal stakeholders across the group to understand their content needs and deliver on their marketing goals.
  
  Are you a creative individual with a passion for design who wants to work in a fast-paced startup environment?, We're a fast-paced organisation and you'll be working with a young, dynamic team. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders across different functions so an ability to work with multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities is a must. We're looking for someone who's a passionate, creative storyteller with excellent design skills, a good understanding of content strategy and an ability to innovate!, You're proficient in content creation tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
• You have an eye for detail and top-notch writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• You have a passion for storytelling and innovative ideas for marketing and design content.
• You have a knowledge and interest in social media and marketing strategies.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You're excellent at project management and you're able to juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines, prioritising appropriately.

  Salary: £27-32K DOE
