Full Job Description
- Developing standout creative to differentiate the brand, drive brand awareness (and street-level visibility), acquisition and sales growth.
- You'll be responsible for all in-house graphic support and art direction, including design and art working of national/local marketing collateral, digital collateral and advertising materials in both print-ready and digital formats.
- You will work closely with the marketing department whilst supporting the wider business with multiple franchisee-facing projects. You'll also work cross-functionally with our lead creative agency to deliver national marketing campaigns; leads on translating key visuals and campaign concepts across digital and traditional media.
- Local bespoking of national/international creative solutions for Global product launches.
- Contribution to business performance packs, marketing campaign packs and internal/external new verticals packs (including supporting on the design of new store formats).
- Create design outputs that include mood boards, print graphics, posters, iconography, brand identify and presentation decks.
- Provide consistent level of quality and design according to existing brand guidelines whilst supporting the development on a new brand identity. Ensuring all communication and marketing materials adhere to current and future identities.
- You'll work closely in supporting the content team with social media and email content, such as web and email-ready images.
- You'll work collaboratively to identify opportunities to optimise creative and course correct throughout.
- You'll upskill the team in writing creative brief by providing constructive feedback and workshops.
- Responsible for setting SLAs and managing workload to ensure deadlines are met.
