Your main goal will be to create engaging content that highlights the incredible learning opportunities we offer, inspiring potential learners and local employers to take the first step!, ️ Content Creation:

• Write captivating content, from engaging job descriptions and social media posts to inspiring success stories and dynamic blog posts and email marketing campaigns.
• Get hands-on experience using WordPress to keep our job board fresh and our blog buzzing with engaging material.
• Utilise HBTC templates on Canva to create branded graphics for vacancy posts.
Social Media Management:
• Schedule and share compelling social media posts that resonate with our audience in line with our content plan.
• Take charge of our TikTok channel, showcasing your creativity through informative yet fun videos that engage our community.
• Monitor and analyse insights from our website and social media to uncover trends and refine our approach.
SEO and Research:
• Explore the fundamentals of SEO and unlock its secrets to enhance your writing and boost our online presence.
• Dive into competitor analysis, hashtag hunting, and keyword exploration to elevate our marketing strategy to new heights.
Community Engagement:
• Respond to online enquiries and reviews, creating a welcoming environment for our community.
• Inspire students by conducting engaging career sessions, one-on-one interactions, mock interviews, and impactful presentations at local schools and training providers.
• Build and nurture robust relationships with local schools and colleges.
Recruitment Support:
• Collaborate with our recruitment team by assisting with telephone interviews, refining CVs, and scheduling interviews-play a key role in shaping careers!

• Ability to write clearly and engagingly.
• A people person, confident in attending and presenting at events.
• Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
• Great team player who thrives in a busy working environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Full UK driver's license with access to a car.
• GCSE grades 5/C or above in both Maths and English.
• A-Levels in relevant subjects to marketing (desirable).
