• Content Creator: Develop and implement internal newsletters and regular updates.
• Engagement Initiatives: Organise internal events and initiatives to boost employee engagement.
• Collaborative Partner: Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into marketing and communication strategies.
• Brand Champion: Ensure brand consistency and cultivate a unified voice across the Group.
• Digital Mastery: Oversee and manage our website and digital channels.
• Insight-Driven: Analyse customer and market insights to build successful strategies.
• Event Leadership: Lead and oversee internal event management activities.
• Relationship Builder: Build and maintain relationships with external providers such as PR and creative agencies.
• Communication Facilitator: Facilitate effective internal communication across departments.
• Creative Designer: Design and deliver marketing materials and communications that resonate with employees.
• Motivation Enhancer: Develop and implement programs to enhance the engagement and motivation of all employees.
• Resourceful: Get the best out of the tools we have and stay aware of communication and marketing innovations, to continuously improve our strategies.

Are you passionate about employee engagement and marketing? If so, we have the perfect role for you to inspire our colleagues and elevate our external profile., Exceptional creativity and communication skills, with a proven track record in developing and delivering marketing and communication strategies. Excellent influencing skills, with experience engaging remote workers across the UK. Previous experience in managing, guiding and mentoring junior colleagues. A high level of computer literacy, attention to detail and resourcefulness. A relevant degree is preferred, but extensive relevant experience is more important.
