Bexhill Academy is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Events Manager to join our successful school.

You will be responsible for enhancing school's reputation and visibility through effective marketing and communication strategies. You will manage all aspects of marketing, including digital and traditional media, school website, social media, event promotion, and content creation. Your goal will be to attract prospective students and maintain strong relationships with current families and the wider community including colleges, business and local community groups. Additionally, you will oversee the development and delivery of the marketing and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with the school's priorities and budgets.

This position will also eventually line manage the reprographics department., My aim is for Bexhill High Academy to be judged to be a 'good' school by the end of 2016 and 'Outstanding' by 2019. The single most important factor in ensuring that as a school we achieve our goal is to recruit and retain outstanding staff. We are therefore able to offer attractive packages to join the school and also a loyalty bonus linked to performance management payable after two years.

In addition to this tremendously good news I can also report that the school has been allocated £6million to make the changes to our building design. The funding will enable us to return to traditional individual classrooms moving away from the open plan PODs that are a current feature of the school. We will also be able to create 7 new Science Labs, new Food Technology, Computer Science rooms and a much needed Library.

Salary/Hours: NJC S01 £32076 - £33945 per annum pro rata (Pay award pending) / 37 hours per week, term time only + 1 week (to include GSCE Results week) Pro rata salary £28128.18 - £29767.15 per annum.
