Full Job Description

The role is hybrid but will include travel to London at least once a week, or more depending on business priorities and events schedule. This is a fixed term contract role for 12 months. The Marketing Executive will sit within the Insolvency, Forensics and Restructuring markets and clients team, providing support to the teams within the service line, and working closely with the BD team members. You will also be part of the wider markets and clients team, highly skilled marketing and BD professionals, who help the firm to achieve its growth ambitions through the creation and delivery of high impact integrated activity. A look into the role As a Marketing Executive within our Insolvency, Forensics & Restructuring team, you will:

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager and the wider team in coordinating and executing campaigns, events and BD activities to support the Go to Market strategy
  • Work with the wider marketing team to provide support on digital marketing activities, event coordination, copywriting, editing and social media.
  • Support the Insolvency, Forensics and Restructuring marketing team in ensuring that all marketing activity is well communicated, and that feedback, performance and ROI are regularly captured.
  • Work closely with the BD team to ensure that marketing activity is aligned with the business's growth key targets
  • Work collaboratively with the markets and clients team to ensure alignment of message and approach where appropriate
  • Update and maintain the firm's CRM system (InterAction) to ensure all activities and events are recorded appropriately and in a timely manner.

    Joining us as a Marketing Executive, the minimum criteria you'll need is proven experience in a similar role within a B2B marketing function, ideally have experience working in the legal industry and have excellent communication skills. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way. Experience of working in a corporate environment or professional services organisation, e.g. legal industry
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Great organisation skills and have a keen eye for detail
  • Confidence in working with Office 365, SharePoint, and content management platforms
  • Educated to a degree level or relevant marketplace equivalent
  • Experience of managing own time and completing multiple tasks/ assignments with potentially competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Some experience within copywriting and social media
