Full Job Description

To support the marketing team in delivering high quality and effective marketing and communication activities within London Women's Clinic (LWC) and Kind iVF. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Content Manager to take day-to-day ownership of three websites. Acting as a brand guardian, you will need to ensure marketing activities remain consistent in visual identity, messaging and tone of voice when communicating our news, marketing our services, and telling inspiring stories that acquire, convert and retain patients/ donors.

Job specification:

  • Monitor and report on website usage and traffic.

  • Monitor website performance, such as page load times, user engagement, and other metrics, to ensure maximum user experience - providing recommendations for and implementing improvements, with the support of the Marketing Manager and external agencies.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as enquiries, events and front of house facing teams, to ensure website content is up-to-date.

  • Write engaging content to maximise SEO, optimising webpages by conducting keyword research and regularly updating web content to ensure efficient running.

  • Outreach campaigns and link building through cold approach.

  • Create engaging content for blog channels and email marketing, as well as contributing to various print-marketing efforts across the company. Active collaboration with and directing of various clinical members of staff for marketing purposes, will be required.

  • Provide support to internal users to ensure they are able to navigate the website and use its features.

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to execute the marketing strategy, proactively contributing to the team with fresh ideation.

  • Act as a brand guardian, consistently implementing the brand across all marketing activities.

  • Support the Marketing Manager and Social Media Coordinator in engaging with patients to support the creation of written or video testimonials.

  • With the Social Media Coordinator, arrange photoshoots as required across multiple sites, creating photographer briefs, and providing on the day direction and support.

  • Provide support as required on ad-hoc marketing projects, including but not limited to new in-house or OOH campaigns, web projects, CRM development and video projects.

  • Manage Google My Business profiles, updating as necessary.

  • Co-manage marketing mailboxes to ensure company requests are dealt with professionally and efficiently.

  • Monitor competitor websites for new technologies, trends, and innovations.

  • Complete training and coaching necessary to maintain progression within the company and in marketing, including but not limited to: SEO, web development, PPC, copywriting, CRM expansion and managerial training for personal career development.


  • Person specification:

    The successful candidate will possess solid interpersonal skills, be a well organised and strong communicator with excellent writing skills. They should seek to build and maintain working relationships with colleagues both internal and external, representing the company in a professional and positive light. The post-holder will work closely with the Social Media Coordinator, collaborating on campaigns, messaging and aligning brand channels.

    We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter with great initiative and a creative mind, with a keen interest in the fertility sector and ambition to develop a marketing career within it.

  • Educated to a minimum of undergraduate degree level in marketing, computer science, web design (or equivalent qualification/ level of experience).

  • Experience in day-to-day website management and development.

  • Experience writing user-first, SEO-friendly copy for websites or blogs.

  • Experience of building/ maintaining positive and productive working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, agencies and consumers.

  • Experience using Google Analytics to analyse web performance.

  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS

  • Experience in UX, UI and continual SEO optimisation.

  • Knowledge of CMS platforms such as Umbraco, WordPress.

  • Experience updating CMS platforms.

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce

  • Knowledge of GDPR and CMA guidelines., Bachelor's (preferred), Digital marketing: 2 years (required)
