Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Team in the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy across our 6 communities. This is unique position where you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the entire team to ensure that the marketing strategy is executed on time and tracked accordingly., To support the wider team by:

• Promoting a range of key events including webinars, in-person conferences and drinks receptions, in coordination with the Event Producers & Operations Team


• Working with the Marketing Manager to define and execute the marketing calendar across all channels


• Deliver the weekly email plan, including copy writing, building templates, audience management, sending and reviewing results


• Effectively manage, execute, and track the performance of marketing activity through the CRM system


• Organise and oversee the company's social media pages


• Providing support around website updates and design, liaising with the website developers when needed


• Support with the development and implementation of effective integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of promoting different areas of the business (e.g. events, magazines, partnerships)


• Planning and implementing projects and campaigns for product launches and promotions


• Collaborate with the Event Producer and Sponsorship Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of the event marketing campaign, from campaign planning to post-event evaluation.


• Contribute to the overarching CRM targeting strategy to optimise audience engagement and conversion.
