Full Job Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing and managing the day-to-day marketing activities. The role will focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through a variety of marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, newsletters, photography, and video editing. The role also includes managing and updating the company's website, ensuring content accuracy, and supporting any associated marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: 1. SEO & PPC: Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic. Develop and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, ensuring maximum ROI. 1. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and content calendars. Monitor and respond to social media interactions and trends. 1. Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content, including photography and video editing, to support marketing campaigns and social media. Collaborate with internal teams to produce promotional materials and support events. 1. Email Marketing & Newsletters: Create and distribute newsletters and email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and promote services. Track and analyze campaign performance, implementing improvements where necessary. 1. Website Management: Manage, update, and maintain website content using a content management system (CMS). Work closely with developers or designers to ensure website functionality, usability, and design remain optimal. 1. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, report, and analyze key metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversions, campaign success). Use tools such as Google Analytics to generate insights and make data-driven marketing decisions. 1. Brand Management: Ensure all marketing activities and communications are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and tone. Work on maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and materials. 1. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing techniques. Use insights to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies. 1. Event & Trade Show Support: Assist with planning and promoting company participation in trade shows and events. Support the creation of marketing materials for these events, such as banners, brochures, and videos.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B industries.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and email marketing platforms. Basic photography and video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent). Familiarity with website CMS (WordPress or similar).
  • Creative Skills: Strong content creation abilities, including copywriting, design, and multimedia production.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and present actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
