What you'll do Being a Marketing Executive is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll be:
- Supporting the Away from Home Marketing Manager on the development and execution of marketing initiatives, ad hoc customers plans as well as stakeholder relationships;
- You will engage with internal (marketing/sales/innovation/PR etc.) and external partners (agencies/trading partners/media etc.) to deliver end-to-end projects and campaigns as defined in the annual strategy - on time and on budget, within a clear approval process.
- Managing the CMS (content management system) - supporting the CMS calendar and leading the set-up of all digital content on the user Interface for our express machines.
- Managing the filing system to ensure all stakeholders have relevant and accurate information (PO raising, budget trackers, annual/quarterly calendars).
- Leading creative development for machine content - campaigns, always on and partner deals.
- Supporting on trade/shopper marketing plans; creates impactful, market leading consumer experiences
- Working closely with the Marketing function to integrate Away from Home activity into wider UK&I 'total coffee' plans and calendars
Experience in managing creative and media agencies and working on consumer brands. - A track record supporting multichannel and retail industry.
- A degree in Marketing/digital focus would be preferable.
- Competency with managing Content Management Systems or platforms.
- Experience leveraging insight to develop activation plans.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to challenging deadlines. You'll be a self-motivated self-starter, with a flair for effectively managing multiple stakeholders.
- An excellent communicator, who's highly driven. Location: Hybrid must be able to work from our central london offices a minimum of 2 days per week
