Full Job Description

The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager in delivering the Groups marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar. You will work within a fun, creative and passionate marketing team to improve the brand presence, particularly through our offline channels, in such a way as to maximise sales and ensure ongoing competitive advantage in the marketplace., Working with Suppliers to produce marketing elements in accordance with the marketing calendar
Assisting with the designing of marketing elements including postcards, posters, emails
Assisting with the delivery of customer acquisition and retention via direct marketing
Drafting PR statements for review
Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure the offline Strategy is being followed and all tasks are complete
Deliver marketing and promotional plans on time and on budget
Providing cover for the Travel Trade Executive as required

Experience of working in a similar role within a marketing function
Experience of creating offline marketing material in a B2C environment ideally
Ability to work to deadlines and budgets
Organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
Producing marketing material for your internal stakeholders as required
Creative approach bringing new ideas to the table to influence sales and brand presence
Accuracy and attention to detail is essential

Leisureplex Hotels own and operate 24 hotels in the UK's most popular seaside locations. We have a combined bed stock of over 2,000 rooms and achieve strong all year-round occupancies due to our sister brands Alfa Travel, plus our links to other coach operators and group organisers.

You would be joining the group during an exciting period as we continue to see significant growth in the number of customers choosing to holiday with us each year. This role is office based, predominately working 5 days per week Monday- Friday; with flexible hours in place. The salary for this role will be based on skills and experience; with a salary range of £28,000-£30,000 per annum dependent on the candidate.
