Full Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Executive role sits within the Pan communications team, working closely with other teams across the business.,

  • Working closely with the marketing team to plan and implement audience-focused, creative and effective campaigns for a wide range of fiction and non-fiction titles in close collaboration with the publicity and digital teams
  • Writing compelling, eye-catching copy for a variety of marketing purposes, including book proofs, social content, advertising and more
  • Creating effective, attention-grabbing social assets for your titles
  • Briefing external designers and producers to create a range of exciting marketing materials
  • Identifying and honing the most appropriate messaging and targeting for paid social (Facebook and Instagram) and Amazon advertising campaigns, and briefing the digital team accordingly
  • Working on your own list of titles, whilst supporting the team in the implementation of our biggest and boldest campaigns
  • Acting as audio champion within the department, representing the team at audio meetings and keeping on top of best practice.

  • Demonstrable experience in assisting and implementing marketing campaigns

  • A collaborative attitude and strong communication skills
  • A creative mindset and ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas
  • A passion and understanding for the audiobook market is also desirable.
