Full Job Description

You will execute innovative and effective content for marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels, ensuring the School is able to meet its business objectives and recruitment targets from the UK, EU and overseas.

You will work closely with key internal stakeholders, to develop content campaigns and manage projects from inception to completion, in line with corporate protocols which all help to raise brand awareness.

Reporting to the Business & Academic Services Marketing Manager, you will work specifically (but not limited to) with the Executive Education, Apprenticeship degrees, PhD and Executive PhD, Centre for Charity Effectiveness (CCE) departments, as well as the Business School's research centres. The ultimate objective is to support fee income and to recruit the highest calibre students and programme participants.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent or have equivalent work experience. You will have substantial content creation, copywriting and digital marketing experience ideally gained in a complex service environment, with the ability to manage projects and stakeholders. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across a number of University teams and experienced in corporate recruitment and markets, with knowledge of content creation, creative campaign development and social media.

We are seeking a Marketing Executive (Business & Academic Services) to join our Marketing and Communications team at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass).
