We are seeking a curious Marketing Executive that wants to kickstart their career within the retail team. From the start, you will deliver innovative and highly creative excellent campaigns alongside first-class customer experiences. The Candidate: An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and ambitious events marketer to join the Clarion retail team in the London office. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering cross- channel marketing campaigns across 5 key retail exhibitions. This is a challenging but rewarding role and the chosen candidate must be able to demonstrate initiative and possess a strong work ethic. We are looking for a curious and creative thinker with proven success within B2B event marketing. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be an excellent team player and be able to organise their time effectively to manage multiple projects. You will have at least a year of event marketing experience, executing successful campaigns for large scale exhibitions.,

• Working alongside the Campaign Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, engage customers through digital channels, and drive registrations and marketing qualified leads.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create compelling copy for various marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Coordinate and brief digital, media, and creative agencies to create high-performing engaging campaigns.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by developing engaging strategies and content.
• Help devise and implement Web & SEO strategies, maximising UX, monitor search engine positioning, and contribute to content marketing plans to enhance organic search rankings.
• Assist in defining, measuring, and analysing the success of campaign initiatives, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Recruit and maintain media partners in collaboration with relevant team members.
• Work with sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers to promote events within their networks.
• Provide regular reports to team members based on appropriate metrics tailored to each product and campaign.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing tools, assess their potential for driving marketing effectiveness.
  
  Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:
• Previous experience in a marketing role within a B2B events environment.
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing communications campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Good knowledge of digital marketing practices.
• Experience using marketing platforms and CRM systems (preferably Pardot and Salesforce).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proven understanding of tracking and response reporting.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
• Multi-tasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
