What you'll do Being a Marketing Executive is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll be:
• Have responsibility for all POS, both through print and digital content within every site across all platforms within the UK. Equity, Franchise and Partner stores.
• Creating artwork briefs to manage the 'final step' in the consumer journey to bring campaigns to life.
• Sign off campaigns and briefs with complete accuracy to ensure best in class execution.
• Develop content for our digital instore menuboards, to drive consumer engagement through disruptive and innovative marketing.
• Support the business by bringing to life trials in sites.
• Ensure that all POS execution lands in sites to a gold standard execution level, gaining positive engagement and feedback from customers.
• Support the day to day relationship with our print management agency.
• Create best in class POS guides to ensure campaign installation guidance is clear for our stores to follow
  
  A track record in marketing working within Instore Marketing with retail or QSR industry.
• A degree in Marketing/digital focus would be preferable.
• Ability to managing large scale instore marketing campaigns.
• Ability to write clear and compelling briefs
• High attention to detail.
• Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to deal with reactive challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: able to influence diverse cross-functional teams under pressure to create new solutions to challenges and communicate results to senior stakeholders.
Location - Hybrid 2 days a week from our Loudwater Head Office
