Full Job Description

Plan and deliver a range of client communications, brochures, marketing copy, and campaign initiatives. Oversee end-to-end development of marketing initiatives, from development and ideation, through to execution, measurement and reporting.

Work closely with Financial Planners and Portfolio Managers across our UK offices to understand the needs of Atomos clients. Focus your work on what the business needs to achieve its goals (this is a commercially focussed role - all our activities support client retention or acquisition).

About the Role

  • Oversee the production and distribution of our marketing brochures.

  • Input to the development of the marketing plan and budget.

  • Manage production of marketing materials (physical and digital) and creation of compelling content, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations.

  • Execute marketing campaigns, including digital, email marketing, webinars, and events.

  • Understand the needs of our Financial Planning and Portfolio Management teams and agree marketing initiative to meet client acquisition and retention goals.

  • Provide creative solutions to generating a buzz around our products internally.

  • Ensure marketing works within FCA guidelines (e.g. "Consumer Understanding and "Financial Promotions").

  • Deliver the intangible look and feel of a High New Worth brand that communicates the trust and integrity Atomos works with.

    This role is hands on and you will need experience of overseeing Financial Services copy and brochures (ideally you need experience of Wealth Management). You have already started on your career building a track record of delivering and getting good results under pressure., Understanding of what can or can't be included in marketing communications under the FCA.

  • Previously worked inhouse for a Financial Services Firm (ideally wealth management, financial planning or asset management).

  • Experience marketing to high-net-worth clients.

  • Prior marketing experience in a relationship led firm - e.g. your work supports front office delivery.

  • Knowledge of "Consumer Duty", "Consumer Understanding" and "Financial Promotions" and how they apply to the marketing function.

  • Proficient in developing and maintaining a website and SEO optimisation.

  • Prior experience delivering email campaigns.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Prepared to travel to our regional offices to understand support and feedback from our relationship managers (UK travel only).
