Full Job Description

The Marketing Graduate is a role that supports the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across a wide range of online and offline mediums. To monitor the performance of the initiatives through collecting data and analysing market trends, to build on the company's marketing strategy., The ideal candidate will work with the marketing team to:

  • Support the delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and activities
  • Support in the coordination and delivery of exhibitions and our own hosted events both internal and external
  • Support in the delivery of client/project communication plans
  • Help create graphics and collateral for campaigns, events, advertising, and other promotional materials
  • Create and develop ideas for campaigns
  • Develop and support the delivery of internal communication initiatives to increase employee engagement
  • Filming - Developing, editing, and managing animations, documentary, and tik tok style films to support the promotion of the brand and campaigns
  • Actively taking part in marketing campaigns and organising meetings
  • Understanding brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
  • Tracking and reporting on analytics on a variety of campaigns, internal communications, and social media using varied reporting tools
  • Support development of work-winning collateral for bid proposals

    A degree in Marketing (or other relevant subject) at 2:1 or above
  • A level / GCSE English Language at Grade C or above
  • Confident in writing engaging content for a variety of platforms
  • Strong administrative skills with an eye for organisation and prioritisation
  • The ability to juggle short deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Attention to detail
  • Possess a solid understanding of effective marketing techniques
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Possess a solid understanding of effective marketing techniques
  • Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
  • Experience in Photography (desirable)
  • Experience in Videography/Video editing (desirable), Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills and ability to achieve targets and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinker
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Takes accountability and ability to be considerate and respectful towards colleagues and customers
