Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented Graduate to join Rhythm Management (RM) Division in the UK in November. This will enable you to develop your technical knowledge in functions such as Marketing, Product Management & Digital Marketing. It will also give you a deep understanding of our business and company values as well as helping you create your unique network that will help you kick start your career.,

  • Support Digital Marketing campaigns across touchpoints such as email, website, social media and paid media.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders for campaign alignment, design, planning and execution (Product Marketing, Regional Marketing)
  • Assist the team in analyzing customer behaviors and trends to identify key drivers of engagement
  • Support on Product Management activities across RM portfolio., Supporting the Marketing Team with the approval of marketing collateral and digital content
  • Weekly communications management for Cardiac Rhythm Management & Electrophysiology division through collaboration with product managers on content and delivery of email and WhatsApp posts to RM field teams
  • All RM UKI event planning and management. Manage pre-event organisation, communications and promotion and post event feedback
  • Liaison with EMEA CRM & EP social media managers to deliver UK&I all RM social media post allocation
  • Supporting on organisation of team meetings and UKI RM National Sales Meeting organisation and co-ordination

    We are currently looking for proactive, creative and team-oriented individuals to join our Rhythm Management organization. This is a new role, designed for early-career / recent graduate hires, that are looking to learn on-the-job and develop a career within a health-tech and medical-devices environment., Recent Graduate (post 2023/2024) with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or Digital Marketing (An additional Science degree would be a bonus)
  • Experience in digital marketing or product management from a placement would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Strong presentation, writing and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable and fast learner: able to absorb new tools and approaches that will be exposed to.
  • Creativity: supporting development of solutions for diverse customer challenges.
  • Will ideally live close to good transport links.
  • This position is hybrid so we will require you to travel to our head office Hemel Hempstead 3 days per week
  • We will be running a recruitment process which if selected, will include 2 stages: a screening interview and a competency-based interview with the manager.
