- Assist in the country & regional execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms for our key HIV medicines.
- Organise and promote company events, both internal and external, including international conference(s), webinars, EU specific peer-to-peer events and internal training to build team capabilities & ensure sharing of best practice.
- Support with the development of engaging content to be used across different channels, internally & externally.
- Work closely with various departments, including Global, Regional and Country level, with a variety of roles including Sales & Marketing to align on planning priorities to achieve company objectives.
- Assist in monitoring and analysing the performance of our European business using analytics & insights tools & data. Provide reports and recommendations to optimise strategies and achieve maximum impact. Role 2 - ViiV EU Alliance Marketing Executive Roles available - GSK HQ Degree requirements: Marketing, Management, Life-Sciences or related Overview of the Department EU Alliance is a complex but highly rewarding environment to work as part of, as there is great level of exposure to various business functions and you will acquire experience/knowledge across Commercial, Medical and Digital. You will get a good understanding of the units' operational model and the above country function, while establishing multicultural networks. A placement within this department will allow you to develop a well-rounded profile and vast business acumen that will enable them to understand ViiV and GSK on multiple fronts. Key Placement Activities
- Support Alliance markets to deliver successful CX campaigns in liaison with medical, commercial digital and capability leads, by tailoring activities and marketing materials
- Lead the development of materials for internal meetings and conferences such as materials, logistics
- Leading projects and co-ordination with external agencies, team members and colleagues across Alliance and Europe teams
- Internal communications for the Alliance team (networks, website, etc.) cascading information to the relevant stakeholders from a variety of sources in a timely manner
- Regular analysis of performance against set key performance indicators and reporting of insights to support monthly performance reviews with markets & senior stakeholders.
- End-2-end delivery of innovative digital marketing projects (GenAI, Websites, CX sollutions) Role 3 - ViiV UK Market Access Roles available - GSK HQ Degree requirements - Open to any degree Overview of the Department The Market Access team within the UK LOC at ViiV Healthcare, based at GSK head office in London. Specifically, supporting access, reimbursement, and pricing for the whole ViiV portfolio. The UK HIV environment will face a number of market access transformations during your placement, including the evolution of the newly established Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and execution of the new National Procurement (NP) tender. Key Placement Activities
- Working alongside head office market access colleagues and in-field market access Key Account Managers as part of a wider cross-functional team consisting of marketing, medical and sales to deliver key tactics to help ViiV UK realise the strategy across our portfolio of HIV medicines.
- Supporting the Market Access team with internal preparations for key events, and preparation of externally facing deliverables for our field-based access KAMs to optimise ViiV's position in these new environments.
- Gain an understanding of how ViiV commercialises products by engaging multiple functions to gain or enhance access.
- First-hand exposure to all the teams that make up an LOC with particular partnership with medical and sales, as well as above country (Europe and global). Role 4 - ViiV UK Marketing Roles available - GSK HQ Degree requirements - Open to any degree Overview of the Department Marketing team within the UK LOC at ViiV Healthcare, based at GSK head office in London. Specifically, supporting one of the key ViiV brands within the portfolio. During your placement, you will be integrated within the marketing team, working alongside the brand managers, and as part of a cross functional team (including medical, marketing and sales), to support/lead delivery of key deliverables to support the performance of our brands in the UK. You will get first-hand exposure to all the teams that make up a LOC with particular partnership with medical and sales, as well as above country (Europe and global). Key Placement Activities
- Support project planning, content creation and execution of activities for conferences, webinars, and local peer to peer events.
- Build understanding and support execution of activities to drive customer experience (CX).
- Delivery of content, both localised from global, and LOC generated to support interactions with HCPs,
- Partnership with Brand Managers, UK Capability Lead and First Line Sales Managers to roll out new initiatives to the sales teams and support embedding in market.

- Close working with EU teams to input into content creation, responsible for providing feedback to ensure content is appropriate for market requirements and support continual improvement.

- Supporting Business Planning process Role 5 - Global Product Strategy Roles available - GSK HQ Degree requirements - Marketing, Science, Life Sciences Overview of the Department Global Product Strategy sets the vision and long-term strategy for our assets at GSK. As we transform GSK, we build strong relationships and connectivity with R&D to lead Global Product strategy. Within Specialty we are responsible for Eosinophilic Diseases (Asthma, COPD, Nasal Polyps and Rare Diseases) and the responsibilities include driving competitive product profiles, lifecycle innovation, launch strategy, execution, and brand performance across GSK in all markets. You could be involved in a wide variety of initiatives including external omnichannel campaigns, branding work, internal communications, cross-functional project management (including launch), congress and meetings development. You will report to a Global Marketing Director based out of London head office, with 2 others in the team based in the same location and 2 based in the US. Key Placement Activities
- Support content creation and market research testing for a global branded medicine (i.e. marketing materials for health care professionals and relevant materials for patients)
- Manage internal stakeholder meetings with attendees from across the globe and support key external conference deliverables.
- Gain skills in project-management, stakeholder engagement, marketing and leadership. Role 7 - Customer Experience Operations Executive Roles available - GSK HQ Degree requirements - Open to any degree Overview of the Department The CX Capabilities & Operations team are based in ViiV's Global Commercial Strategy function. The team sets the global strategy and operating model for customer experience, driving the organisation to efficiently and effectively plan how to engage customers, create content, and execute campaigns. Key Placement Activities
- Collaborate with the CX delivery leads to support local market campaign execution.
- Partner across global and local functions to capture CX capability requirements.
- Maintain and optimise CX Capabilities Activation Guide to track maturity across LOCs.

- Develop skills such as digital marketing, project management, presentation, change management Role 8 - Haematology Commercial Markets Roles available - GSK HQ Degree requirements - Marketing, Business or Life Science Overview of the Department The commercial team within the Emerging Markets BU, based at GSK HQ in London. Specifically, supporting launch of the key GSK brands within the haematology portfolio. During your placement, you will be integrated within the regional Commercial team, working alongside the current Haematology Commercial director and lead, and as part of a cross functional team (including Medical, Marketing, Access, Regulatory and LOC teams), to support/lead delivery of key initiatives to support the launch of our brands in the region. You will get first-hand exposure to all the key teams that make up the region partnering with medical, access and the LOC. Key Placement Activities

- Delivery of content, both localised from global, and LOC generated/shared to support interactions with HCPs,

Role 9 - Specialty Emerging Markets Roles available - GSK HQ Degree requirements - Marketing, Business or Life Science Overview of the Department This role sits within the Commercial department for the Emerging Markets region within Specialty Medicine. Our focus is on supporting and driving the markets to deliver strategy and tactics in line with our ambition. This includes implementing regionally led projects and overseeing performance. This role involves working not only with Commercial colleagues across the world, but also with Medical, Market Access, Finance, and others. Key Placement Activities
- Support project planning, digital content creation and execution of activities for conferences & webinars.
- Project management of team meetings to co-ordinate overall cross-functional project plans, working with team members from commercial, medical and market access.
- Deliver internal communication content across Emerging Market Countries to raise awareness of key activities.

Currently studying an Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Science or related discipline. Please read the degree requirements for each role carefully before applying.
