Full Job Description

Lead and create the vision for a team of 6 to develop proactive insights about the market and customers we serve to aid decisions which will drive profitability of the business working closely with strategy managers within IPSD. In addition, you will lead the operational compliance and consistency across the marketing function including key systems to support the wider sales and marketing functions.,

  • Lead a team to create a proactive set of Insights data which looks at market, customer and competitor data to create intelligence to feed key business decisions
  • Will drive a strategy of analytics to create efficiencies in identifying trends and enable parts of the Insight to be self-serve to the organization.
  • Understanding of global business performance and collaborating with other functional leads to ensure insights are provided to drive direction on future product and services development, pricing strategies and growth targets
  • Lead the intelligence input to feed future industry technology trends during a time of transition and uncertainty.
  • Overseeing research of multiple requests from business development leaders across the globe.
  • Manage the overall operational compliance and consistency across the marketing function including system development and process optimization. This includes our Customer Relationship Management (CRM tool - Salesforce) to ensure it supports ongoing customer management, marketing effectiveness and intelligence gathering
