Full Job Description

The successful applicant will contribute to the team in terms of direct marketing, event planning, tourism initiatives, advertising, seasonal planning, presentation building, as well as result tracking and analysis., Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager for Europe, you will:

  • Participate in the elaboration of the POLO brand Retail marketing strategy for Europe.

  • Coordinate in-store events at local level to drive brand awareness, elevation, and traffic to stores.

  • Drive 360 marketing communication plan for all events and initiatives.

  • Manage the implementation of tourism strategies and activate culturally relevant marketing campaigns at key moments of the year.

  • Clearly communicate the validated strategy to internal stakeholders in order to create buy-in for the marketing plans and bring them alive.

  • Help identify innovative big ideas that can deliver strong brand awareness & engagement
