Full Job Description

Reporting to our Cluster Commercial Director, our Cluster Marketing Manager will be managing all marketing initiatives for the three hotels, offering elevated publicity, content strategies, brand activations, story-telling and tactical offers that not only contribute to brand awareness but overall enhanced hotels-business perception.

Furthermore he/she will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support hotels' visibility and promotions on B2C and B2B platforms.

  • Manage and optimise Social Media strategy deployment, designed and executed in line with brand guidelines and overall commercial strategy.

  • Communicate and evaluate media and influencers opportunities with PR Agency.

  • Manage and plan content generation opportunities & photo shootings as per brand standards.

  • Manage already existing partnerships, pursue & establish new ones that align with business goals & initiatives.

  • Act as the brand guardian and bridge over above property communications with on property teams.

  • Be responsible for all properties offers/packages and their CMS loading on the Marriott Website

  • Assist the Sales Team in creating ad hoc presentations.

  • Copywrite and proofread collaterals to ensure quality before publications.

  • Monitor & supervise key hotel systems that are vital for the successful running of our digital presence (EPIC, MAL, DAC, MDS, Narrative Website)

  • Be the first point of contact of Marriott global team. Nurture & develop further the relationship and opt-in in global marketing opportunities.

  • Manage day to day communication with on-property teams and commercial team.

    Experience and knowledge of the luxury travel/hospitality industry desirable.

  • Proven ability to create and execute impactful marketing campaigns, contributing to the wider commercial goals.

  • Demonstrable experience with social media management, e-mail campaigns and management of digital assets.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability in utilising data and market research to drive decision-making.
