Full Job Description

Develop and implement marketing communication strategies and campaigns to support promoting the Museum's income generating activities, on time and within budget, as directed. Projects include charging exhibitions, the museum's audio guides, permanent galleries, free exhibitions and the Museum's groups offer.
Project managing campaigns, including management of budgets.
Planning all advertising, signage and on-site marketing presence for assigned projects.
Liaising with the Design team to create visual identities for exhibitions and other assigned projects.
Devising advertising strategies and selecting appropriate media placements in line with target audiences.
Working with the Communications team to ensure a coordinated approach to press and social media.
Developing appropriate promotional partnerships with external organisations.

Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
Proven marketing or promotional experience and a strong track record of delivering successful and innovative marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
Proficient in working with marketing copy and knowledge of all major office software programmes.
Experience of managing agencies in a complex environment.
You will have keen attention to detail, a creative approach, good negotiation skills, high levels of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborative effectively with a range of stakeholders.
