Full Job Description

Permanent Contract, Full-time (36 hours per week),

36 Hours per week, 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday on-site, Term time only plus 3 weeks during summer holidays.

Attendance at the annual Open Evening is expected.

Actual salary: (for a suitable candidate) £36,637 to £44,073 (pay award pending)

Park High School is a highly successful 11-19 mixed school with nearly 1500 students in a pleasant location in Stanmore. The school achieves excellent results, and the high quality of relationships is frequently commented upon. We are looking to appoint a talented and committed individual with the qualities, skills and drive necessary to fulfil these key roles.

We are seeking to appoint a Marketing Manager, who will report to the Headteacher. This key position is responsible for running the marketing function of the school, including day to day effective management of the marketing and digital communication strategy to ensure that all services are provided to support teaching and learning are of high quality, in the marketing and digital strategy.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher and SLT and will need to show initiative and drive in ensuring that marketing matters relating to the post are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.

The ideal candidate will have a marketing background, preferably with experience in an educational setting, along with good MS Office packages skills, especially experience with design packages

. An important part of the role is to be able to prioritise workload have the confidence in implementing and delivering digital information.
