Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our small sales and marketing team and play a crucial role in promoting brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales in lead conversion. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing the Go-To-Market plans, driving online presence, and creating compelling content to establish thought leadership and brand awareness.,

  • Execute Go-To-Market plans: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to plan and implement effective marketing plans that align with business objectives and target audience.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and more. Simplify technical content for the audience and bring a compelling message or story to effectively communicate the value proposition or drive engagement.
  • Online Presence: Manage and optimise the company's online presence, including website content, blog articles, social media accounts, and online advertising campaigns. Continuously monitor and analyse online performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish the company as a thought leader by creating thought-provoking content, such as white papers, industry reports, case studies, and blog articles. Actively contribute to industry discussions and participate in relevant events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Partner Recruitment: Identify and recruit strategic partners to promote and implement joint marketing campaigns. Collaborate with partners to develop and execute co-branded marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Media Exposure: Build relationships with trade publications and industry influencers to secure media exposure for the company. Pitch articles, press releases, and thought leadership pieces to industry publications to increase brand visibility and credibility.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 7-10 years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.
  • Self confident in promoting and developing opportunities with strong commercial acumen and tech savvy.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent content writing, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical content for a non-technical audience.
  • High cadence and fast-paced work style to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative tactical thinker with a passion for thought provoking and engaging content.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales support.
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns across various channels.
