About the role We have an exciting position for a Marketing Manager, reporting into the Head of Admissions & Marketing working closely day-to-day with a number of schools as a key business partner to the Heads and school-based teams. This is a FTC until December 2025. The role involves developing and implementing a strategic multi-channel marketing plan for various schools, aligning with their goals and market positioning. The aim is to generate the maximum number of inquiries and leads for the admissions teams to convert, while also ensuring high retention rates of current students. Additionally, this role includes executing the offline marketing plan, managing marketing budgets, and creating digital marketing campaigns. What you will be doing: In your new role as Marketing Manager you will be developing and executing school marketing strategies in collaboration with the Pod Head of Admissions and Marketing and the Head of School. Your responsibilities include managing offline marketing plans, working with the Digital Marketing Manager on digital campaigns, and driving high enquiry volumes and quality leads to meet enrolment targets. You will be ensuring strategic positioning and ethos are well communicated within the schools, maintaining a strong social media presence, and analysing marketing and admissions data to meet targets and adhering to budgets. You will build strong relationships across the schools, acting as a brand ambassador, understanding the local market and school value proposition whilst working with Finance to set enrolment goals are also key aspects. A growth mindset and excellent customer service skills are essential. Who we are looking for: The ideal candidate should be personable and relatable, enjoying and being energised by interactions with others. You should possess strong business partnering skills and a service mindset to support colleagues from diverse backgrounds, being able to utilise your excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to thrive in a busy environment with concurrent projects and deadlines, providing commercial insights through reporting and analysis. High numeracy skills and proficiency in databases and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PPT, PowerBi, MS Dynamics) are required. A successful track record, including financial management and business partnering, is important, along with experience in complex, service-driven environments with multiple sites and stakeholders. Familiarity with customer databases, financial management, business insights systems, and the competitive schools market is advantageous.
