Your Mission As our Marketing Manager, you'll:

• Champion Sub-Brand Communications:
Develop and execute tailored communication strategies for sub-brands, ensuring alignment with the overarching brand voice and objectives.
• Lead Campaign Creations:
Design innovative and impactful marketing campaigns that captivate audiences, promote sub-brands, and achieve business goals.
• Drive PPC Excellence:
Manage PPC campaigns from setup to optimisation, maximising ROI while keeping the advertising budget in check.
• Measure and Report Performance:
Analyse marketing and PPC performance data to provide actionable insights and improve future strategies.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
Partner with product teams, sales, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives, product launches, and sales initiatives.
• Stay Ahead with Market Research:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to keep your strategies fresh and competitive.
• Coordinate Engaging Content:
Work closely with the content team to produce compelling, on-brand materials that resonate with your target audience.
• Innovate with Internal Stakeholders:
Collaborate with the Head of Digital and BDEs to integrate new prospects and innovative ideas into your marketing strategies.


• 3+ years of marketing experience in a multi-channel business environment.
• Proven track record in brand awareness and campaign execution.
• Expertise in digital content creation, social media management (particularly LinkedIn), and scheduling tools.
• Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills, with proficiency in Canva or similar tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience deriving actionable insights for business reporting.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and operating systems (Mac & Windows).
Desirable Skills:
• Experience managing multiple brands.
• Familiarity with GDPR compliance and processes.
• Knowledge of budgeting and building business cases.
