Full Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and professional Marketing and Communications team. The role holder will be responsible for the supporting the delivery of a strategic marketing plan for Wealth Planning, Investment Management and IFA business channels that complements and supports the CBAM business strategy and ensures CBAM is marketing leading. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager the role holder will support the delivery and activation of content across all channels with a specific focus on digital channels. A creative approach to problem-solving and attention to detail is essential, as well as the ability to bring new and innovative ideas. Proactivity and responsiveness is required at all times, as well as the ability to multi-task across a range of projects with multiple stakeholders at different levels across the business. They will also play an integral role in promoting and protecting the firm's brand and reputation in and supporting a range of projects. Working closely with colleagues across the team to ensure consistency and the application of best practice, optimising use of systems, resources, budget and acting as a brand ambassador at all times. RESPONSIBILITIES Content

  • Support the creation and delivery of a content strategy across Wealth Planning, Bespoke and IFA business channels - from ideation to activation
  • Drive activation of the content strategy using digital channels internally and externally, primarily via client emails, CMS and websites working closely with Social Media Manager to ensure a cohesive digital marketing experience for clients.
  • Website and client portal editor
  • CMS management, proactively developing and maintaining website content
  • Publishing general website content and campaign pages, triaging team and stakeholder requests effectively
  • Working closely with the Digital office to ensure the website aligns with the digital strategy
  • Email
  • Own and maintain email marketing records, including managing client data in accordance with regulatory and internal policy requirements
  • Management of client email platform, maintaining and developing templates to ensure they are consistent and on brand
  • Work with relevant stakeholders in the business to support the activation of the client experience survey programme
  • Platforms and digital tools
  • Own, manage and evolve the digital tools and platforms required to support marketing activity
  • Lead digital channel reporting for website, podcast platforms, email and campaigns - creating analytics dashboards as required
  • Support analysis of data and understand trends/performance for owned digital channel
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager to understand user journey trends and enhance reporting dashboards and analysis
  • Champion for digital channels training new team members on core platforms creating bandwidth for peak periods
  • Stakeholder management
  • Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, agencies, developers and IT to ensure digital channels and platforms are managed effectively and efficiently
  • Support collaboration across the business and relevant teams through the sharing of expertise and content
  • Brand
  • Bring a consistent visual identity and tone of voice to messaging across digital platforms and communications
  • Work with the Head of Brand supporting the management of the corporate merchandise portfolio and client gift portal
  • Act as a Brand ambassador at all times
  • Regulatory responsibilities ¦ Compliance/T&C
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.

    A driven marketing and communications generalist with experience across the marketing mix
  • Experienced and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable multi-tasking across different projects and BAU simultaneously
  • Experienced in the use of web CMS, social media, and email marketing tools. Experience using and analysing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) a plus
  • Experience in CRM and marketing automation platforms with a view to bring enhancement ideas to these areas within the team
  • Experience working with agencies with a view to support the management of systems and platforms currently in use
