Full Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including print media, Google AdWords, and social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Develop and manage a budget for paid advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Assist with accompanying messaging / deliverables to support our trade show efforts.
  • Create eye-catching and compelling ad creatives using design tools like Canva and InDesign.
  • Implement/execute email marketing strategies to engage and retain our customer base while driving leads.
  • Maintain a keen eye on competitive trends to spot opportunities and ways to differentiate PTI Security Systems.
  • Analyse and interpret data from advertising campaigns to drive data-focused marketing decisions.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid advertising

    We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our paid advertising and marketing efforts for Europe. If you are passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns and have a strong understanding of various advertising platforms, we'd love to have you on our team., Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing paid advertising campaigns, including print advertising, Google AdWords, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and InDesign to create visually appealing ad creatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions using Excel.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and strategies.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new advertising platforms and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying current with marketing trends and innovations.
