My client is a dynamic and fast-growing serviced apartment provider, expanding our apart-hotel brand across the UK. The accommodations serve a diverse customer base, including corporate enterprises, mid-market businesses, and SMEs across various sectors. Guests stay for durations ranging from one week to a year. I am seeking a creative and driven Marketing Manager to help propel the brand to new heights.,

  • Market Research: Identify potential target industries and customer segments.
  • Client / Business Engagement: Build partnerships with local businesses and attend industry events.
  • SEO Management: Optimize the company's online presence to maximize inbound sales opportunities.
  • Advertising: Draft and place ads across multiple media channels, including print and digital.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate marketing initiatives with sales activities and oversee promotional campaigns.
  • Budget Planning: Collaborate with the Director to develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Content Creation: Design and publish marketing materials consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Lead Generation: Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, tracking and analysing results.
  • Brand Management: Oversee corporate identity and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute online and print campaigns, including social media content and paid advertising.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers and other team members on projects.
  • Social Media Growth: Increase followers and engagement across all social platforms.
  • Customer Retention: Boost direct return bookings, reducing reliance on external platforms.
  • Brand Unification: Ensure a cohesive and unified brand identity across all touchpoints.

    Copywriting: Exceptional writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Graphic Design: Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
  • Email Marketing: Proven success in creating and managing effective email marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Advertising: Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).
