Full Job Description

This is a key role within the IHG Performance Marketing (Ignite) team, responsible for supporting the programme lifecycle and evolution, managing the communication with hotels and internal stakeholders across EMEAA region. A snapshot of what you will be doing:

  • Lead proactive communication and stakeholder engagement for the programme, ensuring internal and external parties are kept informed.
  • Manage and promote educational initiatives through virtual/in-person sessions, including presenting to large audiences, and the creation of collateral materials.
  • Standardise communication templates for internal stakeholders and hotels, while managing external stakeholders and supporting hotels in digital marketing on-property programmes, including attending weekly calls and setting regional directions with vendors.
  • Support programme delivery, provide hotel support, and handle ad-hoc requests, while offering guidance on digital marketing and maintaining alignment across regions.

    Proven experience in managing cross-regional projects in programme, project, marketing, or communication roles with experience in developing and executing high-quality communication plans.
  • Proven experience in managing and influencing various stakeholders, including executives, project teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and products, with proficiency in business software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience of visual communication design and techniques preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector preferred.
