Marketing Manager - Lead Generation

Due to business growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the team. This new role has been created to help drive the next phase of our growth by specifically supporting our Appointed Representative (AR) and Directly Authorised (DA) recruitment teams. We're looking for an experienced, results-oriented marketing professional to plan and execute lead generation programs to fill our pipeline. Reporting into the Head Of Marketing you will be remote based but be able, and willing, to travel when required., + Work with the Head of Marketing, and in collaboration with our AR and DA recruitment teams, set and deliver the recruitment marketing strategy.
+ Ownership of all recruitment marketing activity across a range of mediums including: print, email, social media, PPC, SEO, and events..
+ Work closely with the in-house Graphic Designer to produce all supporting collateral and content needed

We're looking for a team player with:
+ A degree-level qualification in marketing or professional marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent).
+ B2B marketing experience, ideally at Marketing Manager level.
+ Self-motivated and commercially astute with a proven history of meeting targets.
+ Excellent written, verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Strong organisational and time management skills for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
+ Able to fully satisfy the pre employment screening process which comprises of right to work, identity, 5 years referencing, AML, credit screen, financial sanctions and DBS checks.
And, ideally, but not vitally:
+ Experience in the mortgage, protection, or property industry
+ Experience working with remote teams
