- Your role will be split between the office and spending time in our centres to help drive and maximise their local marketing initiatives
- Manage the relationships with the Regional Managers and Centre Manager, attending regional meetings to update on marketing initiatives, being their go-to person in marketing
- Analyse the performance and report on the performance of local marketing activity
- Lead the marketing activity for new centre openings and centre refurbs; co-ordinating the UK and Group marketing teams, including website, paid media, CRM, emails and data, organic social media, content, in-centre screens and audio, print, PR, local promotional teams to drive local outreach to businesses, schools etc
- Own and develop the marketing support toolkit for centres in collaboration with the Operations team
- Own marketing briefs for centre managers and their teams
- Own the development of in-centre screens to drive commercial growth, manage the content on the in-centre screens with the support of the marketing executives and assistants
- Manage the programme of PR activity through the PR agency for local centre projects including new centre and refurbs, VIP launch events, maximising the opportunity of influencers and traditional press
- Manage the centre landlord marketing team relationships with the support of the brand and campaigns team
- Champion the national charity partnership with Operational teams and share local fundraising activity with the marketing team, to help them raise the profile with customers
- Keep accurate records of spend and ROI across all marketing activities you are involved in
Good knowledge and experience of working with the full marketing mix - Passion and track record for working with operators of a multi-site business
- Management of external agencies including print, creative, PR, content
- Budget management experience
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Agency management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding and experience of marketing strategy and tactics
- Sound commercial acumen
- Passion and commitment for all things customer, including keeping up to date with latest trend and topics within marketing
- Ability to work and influence several different stakeholders
- 'Hands on' and proactive approach
- Clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
