To support our growing presence in the public sector, we are seeking a Marketing Lead to collaborate with senior management and craft measurable marketing strategies aligned with our public sector sales objectives. The role requires someone who can help grow our reputation across Central Government, Health, Emergency Services, and Transport by building awareness of our expertise and engaging clients in these critical industries. As an experienced technology marketer, you'll bring a range of skills across content creation, account-based marketing, channel partnerships, events, and digital strategies. You'll collaborate closely with partners, senior management, and our sales teams to achieve business goals, fostering connections with organisations delivering vital public services. This is a unique opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career. Whether you're drafting campaigns one day or discussing strategy with Senior Management the next, you'll enjoy a role that combines hands-on marketing with high-level planning. Working across multiple departments, you'll help shape the future of our public sector presence, supported by a clear career trajectory and training opportunities. You'll help develop our public sector marketing strategy and ensure our brand values and USPs shine through. By translating technical expertise into compelling, measurable campaigns, you'll demonstrate the transformative potential of Kerv Digital's solutions. You will spend a lot of time talking to our technical staff who work with complex technologies such as Data Science, Dynamics CRM, Power Platform and Azure cloud, and then turning their knowledge into actionable, measurable campaigns. Responsibilities: Candidates will need to demonstrate experience or an aptitude for:
- Close collaboration with sales and a shared accountability to build pipeline.
- Working across multiple stakeholders to create and deliver an engaging marketing strategy for the sector.
- Budgeting and ROI forecasting for campaigns.
- Working with partners and suppliers to grow our network and brand in the sector.
- Pitching campaigns and approaches to senior management
- Working with marketing technologies (Dynamics, Google Analytics, WordPress)
- Working closely with our internal design team, comfortable with the Adobe suite
- Maintaining and improving upon Kerv Digital's social media presence
- Marketing Reporting and Metrics: Provide reports to show content performance (best performing content, top downloads, social media performance etc.)
An experienced marketing professional with around 5 years' experience in B2B technology marketing - Can do attitude of building a sector up in a competitive market We're also looking for people that fit how we work, which is something like;

Salary: Circa £35,000 depending upon experience + benefits
