The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement & Marketing (REM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values. The EMEIA Retail Engagement and Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to support Apple Retail's growth in EMEIA. This role has a focus on new stores opening, to drive awareness, excitement, and traffic to new stores, partnering with a wide range of cross functional collaborators to ensure successful store launches and strong market entry., This role will lead the Retail marketing strategy for key local initiatives across a number of EMEIA countries, and coordinate a team of experts to deliver the vision and implement the work. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and implement marketing strategy and plans for new store openings, including market research, demographic analysis, and competitive landscape assessment - Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, direct mail, and in-store signage. Customise campaigns to resonate with the local audience and meet specific store goals - Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment between key partners across the business in Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Services, PR and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and maximise impact for Retail and Apple - Deliver and share project summaries and campaign analysis with partners to identify learns for future improvement and performance

  • Significant experience managing integrated consumer marketing campaigns for global brands across different channels including digital, print, and social
  • Proven experience in leading, managing and measuring large-scale, complex, high visibility projects across multiple markets
  • Proven experience of leading cross functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to craft and deliver persuasive arguments around business opportunities, Great communication and storytelling skills
  • Creative thinking with the ability to craft innovative marketing strategies
  • Experience working in a global organisation, on multi-market/language projects
  • Fluent English communication. Languages are a plus
