Thanks to the exceptional growth William Grant & Sons has experienced in Southern Europe in recent years and with our 5 year plan ambitions, we are now hiring a Regional Marketing Manager to join our regional Team. Based in Richmond, you will be working with our motivated internal and distributor teams across Key markets. You will be responsible for delivering the portfolio strategy and developing locally executable and relevant marketing assets that will establish the next phase of growth for our premium and luxury spirits portfolio. Main Responsibility Drive and deliver deeper insights into the regional consumer landscape and ensure insights are embedded into portfolio strategy development and brand planning. Develop Integrated Brand Plan(s) and activation plans in line with Global Strategy and toolkits, by working closely with the Head of Marketing, Regional teams, and Global Brand teams.

You are a Rare Character who will draw inspiration and energy from the diversity of the markets in the region and will bring your own unique blend of passion and drive to our regional team. You have a strong track record of leading the implementation of diverse and often complex activities across multiple channels that drive return on investment and are well versed in measurement & evaluation. You combine a restless bias to action with an attention to detail that sets you apart.
