This role is part of the Marketing, Recruitment, and External Relations directorate, specifically supporting student recruitment for the School of Health and Society. You will work closely with the Recruitment, Insights, and Events teams to drive student recruitment and strengthen the school's profile.

Reporting to the School of Health and Society Marketing Manager, you will manage key projects and campaigns aimed at increasing student enrollment, deepening relationships within the school, and boosting its profile among prospective students. This is a dynamic role, with tasks ranging from campaign management to content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Plan Delivery: Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing tactics aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Paid Marketing Campaigns: Plan, set up, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and PPC to achieve targeted engagement and meet KPIs.

- Content Creation: Produce marketing content such as course videos and social media posts that promote awareness and drive recruitment for key programmes.

- Collaboration: Work closely with teams across communications, social media, and insights to ensure cohesive and measurable marketing activities.

- Event Coordination: Support recruitment events, including open days and offer holder days, in collaboration with the events team.

You should have experience across the marketing mix, particularly in delivering integrated, measurable solutions in digital and social media marketing. Expertise in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Meta, TikTok, and PPC campaigns is essential. The role also requires a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring prospective students have access to the information they need to make informed decisions.

Competitive Salary & Pension: Enjoy a competitive salary with an excellent pension scheme.

- Generous Annual Leave: Benefit from 32 days of annual leave, with the option to buy additional days.

- Flexible Working: A culture of flexible and agile working to help you balance work and life.

- Professional Development: Access a wide range of training and development opportunities.

- Community & Diversity: Join a diverse community where differences are valued, and everyone shares a passion for improving students' lives.

- Perks: Access to lifestyle benefits and discounts through the My Salford employee portal.

- Wellbeing Support: Enjoy wellbeing services, including counselling, an Employee Assistance Program, and discounted gym memberships.

- Staff Networks: Join staff networks that support colleagues from different equity groups, especially those protected by the Equality Act 2010.

- Sustainable Salford: Contribute to the university's commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2038.
