The Talent Set is excited to be working with an educational establishment as they search for a Marketing Officer to support them on an exciting contract. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our educational programs and services.,

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract new students and enhance our brand visibility.
  • Manage our online presence, including our website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging content, such as blog posts, articles, and social media posts, to inform and inspire our target audience.
  • Demonstrate exceptional copywriting and creative writing skills to develop compelling messaging.
  • Compose effective email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Create compelling advertisement content for various channels, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Leverage paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising) to reach target audiences and drive results.
  • Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI on marketing initiatives.

    Proven experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a particular emphasis on copywriting, creative writing, and email composition.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Experience with paid media platforms and strategies is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

    A competitive rate of up to £168.97 per-day + £22.74 daily holiday for the right candidate.
  • A flexible hybrid working pattern with just 2-days per-week in the organisations Surrey office.
  • An initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
