Full Job Description

This exciting role within our marketing team is responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of annual student recruitment marketing plans, associated tactical campaigns and operational marketing in support of student recruitment priorities., o Develop, deliver and evaluate annual student recruitment marketing, providing advice to subject leads, Associate Deans Academic Operations and managers and colleagues within M&C on activity and resources required to deliver objectives.
o Collaborate and support with departmental and university-wide projects, events and initiatives appropriate to the grade of this post including, Confirmation and Clearing activities, student induction and enrolment, and award ceremonies.
o Provide insight derived from wide-ranging primary market research and data analysis to support course development, optimum competitive positioning, marketing planning and campaign delivery for client subject areas.

We are looking for an experienced marketer with a track record of planning and implementing multi-channel marketing plans to support student decision-making and maximise conversion of interest.
You will have strong analytical skills that allow you to evaluate insight from a range of qualitative and quantitative marketing and recruitment data to continuously optimise marketing plans.
You will also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop audience-focused content for a range of digital channels. You will also be the first point of contact for colleagues in our academic schools.
