Madison Logic is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager who is passionate about leveraging marketing technology and data to drive measurable outcomes. This role is central to ensuring our marketing automation, CRM integration, and reporting capabilities align seamlessly to support our growth objectives. You will work closely with various marketing teams to manage email campaigns, optimize lead/account scoring, and deliver insights that impact marketing strategy.,

  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), building and executing email campaigns, nurture programs, and automated workflows to engage and convert prospects.
  • Develop and refine lead/account scoring models within HubSpot and Salesforce to prioritize opportunities effectively and support sales alignment.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing activities using HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Madison Logic ABM platform, providing actionable insights through dashboards and reports for executive and cross-functional teams.
  • Work with Sales Operations to implement and improve attribution models, ensuring accurate tracking of campaign performance across systems.
  • Maintain and update the website using WordPress, including launching landing pages and updating existing content, forms, and page elements as needed.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Communications, and Sales teams to align marketing efforts with key initiatives, campaigns, and business metrics.
  • Serve as the central point for marketing technology and data, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and best practices are upheld across all marketing systems and activities.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing programs, or a similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including campaign management, lead scoring, and integration with Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and attribution.
  • Familiarity with WordPress for basic website updates and landing page management.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console to access SEO performance reporting for analysis across the broader content team.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously., Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • A positive and collaborative approach to team dynamics and projects.
  • Experience in marketing technology and reporting tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.
