Full Job Description

We are looking for a contractor to take on a Marketing Operations Manager role for a duration of a maternity cover - end of December 2021 wih a possibility of extension. Someone is agile and has a passion for streamlined process, organisational efficiency, and reporting. This role will report to the Head of Marketing Operations.,

  • Budget Support: Become the source of knowledge to all things related to the Marketing budget and purchasing process. Track and update budget vs actuals monthly and quarterly to ensure alignment across the team and report as needed to finance and leadership team.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining excellent cross-functional working relationships with colleagues across Marketing, Finance, Legal, Procurement & IT.
  • Knowledge Management: Help to maintain and support the existing knowledge management solution. Ensure all information relating to our processes & working practices is consistently refreshed and available to all colleagues on our Marketing SharePoint and Internal sites.
  • Legal & Procurement support: Working closely with key stakeholders globally to ensure all purchase orders and contracts are processed & approved in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Reporting & Campaign support: Provide support to the Demand Generation team in campaign set-up and reporting. Assist with data management and related processes.

    2+ years' experience working in a marketing, marketing operations or similar role, with globally distributed teams.
  • Experience administering budgets and comfortable working with numbers. Intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Relationship builder - Ability to proactively cultivate strong business relationships and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Self-motivated and dedicated - Able to work and problem-solve independently.
  • Strong enthusiasm for implementing systems and processes.
  • Adaptable - You are comfortable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications and/or related field preferred.
  • Experience using Marketo (or similar), CRM (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
