Within this role you will be responsible for owning the business wide activity planner and delivering a number of cross department projects which focus on communications, planning and activation, using multi-channel functions.   • Maintain overall responsibility for the management of the business wide activity planner.
  • Build an effective network with key stakeholders, planning colleagues and attend relevant planning meetings.
  • Write copy and understand tone of voice for CRM & Web (but not limited to)
  • Provide diary management, invoice and PO support for Senior Marketing & Creative team.
  • Work with internal teams and the wider marketing teams to monitor live activity for campaigns, gather data and report to relevant senior's and stakeholders.
  • Work with the Marketing team and wider business to identify any areas of opportunity for new campaigns.
  • Maintain relevance of industry and competitor developments.
  • Provide general support to the Senior Marketing and Creative Managers.
  • Demonstrate the People Values through what I do and how I do it.

    Exceptional organisational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships.
  • A keen interest in fashion and trend knowledge, someone who keeps up to date with the evolving industry.
