Marketing Planning Manager

As a Marketing Planning Manager you will join our clients Marketing Planning Centre of Excellence. As part of the Customer Brand & Engagement community, you'll work with our clients Personalisation & Performance Marketing Team to develop marketing plans that align with customer needs and drive commercial, customer, and brand engagement. As a Marketing Planning Manager you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with retail product and marketing teams to design effective marketing plans.
• Building relationships with stakeholders to understand commercial, market, and customer insights.
• Collaborating with teams to deliver personalised customer communications.
• Measuring marketing effectiveness and forecast future activities.
• Identifying and address potential barriers like prioritisation, resource, or budget issues.
  
  Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Marketing experience, ideally in financial services or campaign environments.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with a focus on prioritising tasks.
• A team player with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
• Ability to align marketing strategies with a "customer-first" mindset.
