It's an exciting time to join the Marketing and Communications team here at AXA - Global Healthcare (AGH), with significant investment planned transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. As part of this, we're looking for a talented individual to join the team. As Marketing Strategy and Planning Senior Executive, you'll support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. You'll create and coordinate GTM marketing plans for the launch of new products, propositions and digital initiatives. You'll also support the Global Head of marketing in creating the annual marketing strategy, quarterly marketing plans, as well as tracking and reporting on performance of marketing activity. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home at our Tunbridge Wells office, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you'll be doing:

  • Create and implement quarterly and annual marketing plans that align with AGH's strategic objectives in collaboration with the Global Head of Marketing and the wider AGH Senior Leadership Team.
  • Support the Global Head of Marketing with defining a 3Y marketing strategy aligned to the business strategy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify target audiences and key messaging / brand USPs.
  • Develop and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns, working cross-functionally with the whole marketing team. This will include digital, social media, email, external and internal communications.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign and marketing activity performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Coordinate and manage comprehensive GTM plans for product and proposition launches.
  • Manage external partners and vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Prepare and present reports on marketing activity performance, market trends, competitor activity and strategic recommendations.

  • Strong experience in marketing planning and strategy, campaign management, GTM or similar.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools (ie: Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio) and a passion for analysing data and identifying key trends and strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Strategic mindset and demonstrable planning skills and ability to see the big picture and plan ahead.
  • Highly organised with project management experience.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and coordinate multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with collaboration software and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Knowledge of agile ways of working, such as sprint and squad organisation, a plus.

    This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
