Go-to-Market Specialist

We are UPS, the world's largest package delivery company. We are looking for a full time Go-to-Market Specialist to join our team based in Lotus Park, Staines-upon-Thames, West London. This is a permanent position.

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketeer with a passion for product marketing and strategy to join our team. Your main responsibility will be helping to develop go-to-market strategy and enhance competitive solutions for customers.

  • What you'll do:

  • Flexible working hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 5:30 pm. Office position.

  • Contribute to our profitable growth by ensuring our offerings effectively reach and resonate with target customers through demand generation campaigns, targeting premium segment growth, loyalty programs, segment-specific value propositions and compelling content.

  • Align marketing priorities and initiatives with sales and operations.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and interact with customers to develop product improvements and enhancements.

  • Develop, implement, and lead marketing strategy for specified products and services.


  • You Should Apply If:

  • You have competence and strong interest to develop skills in product growth strategy.

  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience in Product Marketing/Communication/Content Creating

  • You are passionate about building value for customers and not just achieving business results.

  • You have good command of data tools and applications: MS Office: Excel, Access, Power Point; Power BI.

  • You have previous experience in strategy, product growth or customer marketing (preferably product marketing background).

  • You are self-motivated, accountable and proactive.
